Crynodeb
C~urb PSL seeks a Supervisor to manage a team of administrators scheduling repairs and safety checks for c1800 homes. Experience within a letting agency and/ or social housing provider is essential. A Letting Agency Management Qualification (e.g. ARLA or Letwell), or willingness to work towards it is needed for the role. C~urb PSL is part of Link Group, a group of award-winning social enterprises.
Key skills:
- Time management and organisational skills to manage competing demands in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to devise and implement procedures to ensure properties receive repairs and safety checks within contract timescales.
- Ability to lead, motivate and organise a team of administrators.
- Significant experience of working with Housing Management Systems and Microsoft Office e.g. Sharepoint, excel, outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and written English in responding to escalated complaints and elected representative enquiries.

The post holder will operate in a supportive team environment with a range of procedures and training established to help them in their role.
About You
The ideal candidate will be educated to HNC level in Business or CIH level 4 in Housing or equivalent and be willing to work towards a fully funded Letting Agency Management qualification if not already held. You will have proven experience of leading a team, ideally within a social housing or private rented sector context. You will have knowledge of performance management, business planning and service improvement techniques. The role requires an awareness of health and safety requirements and an understanding of how legislation will affect customer requirements.
