Job Description
In this role, you’ll help ensure a seamless workplace experience by keeping facilities operations running smoothly, maintaining the highest standards of service, and contributing to a positive and sustainable working environment.
From daily coordination to long-term planning, you’ll be an essential part of a team that puts people and performance at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality service.
Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and functionality.
Help manage the facilities budget, focusing on cost efficiency and value.
Respond to employee requests related to facilities issues in a timely and professional manner.
Keep accurate records of service contracts, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
Contribute to sustainability initiatives such as recycling and energy-saving projects.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience in facilities management or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management tools.
Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
