Pay rate: £20-24 an hour, Umbrella, Ltd, PAYE available
Location: Ideal candidate based in Leeds or Wakefield, work covers Yorkshire
Package: Temporary, ongoing work, travel expenses covered and paid while travelling
Are you a seasoned multi-traders with a knack for variety and a proven track record in property renovations? We're looking for 2 skilled professional to join our clients team, working on insurance-related projects across Yorkshire, with the first seven jobs based in Hull.
What we're looking for:
We need versatile individuals who can confidently handle a wide range of tasks. While a background in joinery or plumbing is ideal, you should be proficient in multiple trades, including:
- Tiling
- General Joinery
- Plumbing
- Bricklaying
- Bathroom rip-outs and installations
- Floorboard removal and installation
Experience in insurance works or social housing retrofit is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Your own van and tools are essential.
- You should be a seasoned professional who has worked on numerous properties.
- References will be required.
