Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various teams and departments as needed.
Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for key personnel.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure information flow and collaboration.
Implement and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents and records.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a business environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
