We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Officer (LBS-007) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the smooth operation of our organization, providing essential support to various departments while helping to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. The Business Support Officer will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, assisting in project management, and ensuring that all operational needs are met in a timely manner. You will serve as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration across the board. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will contribute to achieving our strategic goals and enhancing the effectiveness of our programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in business administration or a related field and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed.
Assist in the coordination and execution of projects and initiatives.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and projects.
Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Monitor and respond to inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Support the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work done.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.26
