You are an excellent teaching assistant with the ability to support and develop our youngest children in either our 2-year-old or 3 andamp; 4-year-old nursery provision;
You love being a teaching assistant; our children come first and you are full of enthusiasm and energy;
You are kind. You lead by example;
You are committed to a team approach;
You have and demonstrate high aspirations for every child;
You are committed to support children, some with a high level of need.andnbsp;
