We are advertising for 1 x Administrator for the Gynaecology admin team. The role will be based at Royal Free Hospital. The post holder will be expected to work dynamically across all areas of the service when required.
The Gynaecology administrators are responsible for delivering a high standard of customer care to a wide range of client groups, including the clinic/ward’s multi-disciplinary team, patients, relatives and their carers.
The post-holder must ensure administrative duties are carried out on a busy reception area. The post holder must greet patients and ensure checking in is done in timely manner.
The post-holder must undertake effective forward planning, to ensure that the administrative needs of the service are met and must carry out a range of effective administration processes to support the delivery of high quality patient care.
