Location: Filton Campus, Sixth Form Block
FTE Salary: up to £39,495.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

We are looking for a Business Studies Teacher to join our thriving A Level team and inspire our Sixth Form students. Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of business leaders? Do you thrive in an environment where innovation and student success go hand in hand?
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
-Deliver engaging and thought-provoking A Level Business lessons that inspire curiosity and ambition.
-Take the lead in shaping the Business Studies curriculum, ensuring students make exceptional progress.
-Work alongside passionate educators and industry experts to enrich students’ learning experiences and develop innovative teaching strategies.
-Support students’ academic and personal growth, helping them prepare for higher education, apprenticeships, and career opportunities.
-Contribute to our collaborative Sixth Form team, sharing best practices and strategies that enhance learning outcomes.
-Encourage a culture of innovation, ensuring students develop transferable skills that make them stand out to future employers.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
-A motivated and inspiring educator with experience working with learners in an educational setting.
-A degree in Business Studies or equivalent, with a strong subject knowledge.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
-A commitment to continuous professional development, including obtaining a full teaching qualification (PGCE in post-16 education or equivalent).
