The Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate, or someone of graduate calibre, with a strong academic track record and a genuine interest in marketing. Your degree or experience doesn’t need to be in marketing, but you should have a solid understanding of the basic principles and a desire to learn more.
This role will focus primarily on writing content for our website, specifically optimising and tailoring articles with the support of AI tools. We’re not looking for someone to rely solely on AI; we need someone who knows how to improve and refine content to make it accurate, engaging and useful for our audience.
Other tasks will include:
• Supporting with social media content planning and creation
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns
• Conducting market research on industry trends and competitors
• Helping to maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms
• Assisting with basic on-page SEO as part of research and content optimisation
You’ll need excellent written English, with close attention to spelling, grammar and tone of voice. We’re looking for someone who is calm, reliable and cooperative within a team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
• A bachelor’s degree (subject not restricted) with strong academic performance. Exceptions can be made for equivalent work experience and job performance.
• Excellent grasp of English spelling and grammar
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in marketing and understanding of its core principles
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation (but not reliant on them)
• Organised, dependable, and able to manage varied tasks
• Bonus: Any hands-on marketing experience (including internships or personal projects)
