Package Description

Technical Services Lead

Location: Lilly Kinsale, Cork

Contract Type: Full-time | Permanent

Salary: Up to €70,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Sodexo Benefits

Sodexo is seeking anexperienced TechnicalServices Lead to join our team at the large-scale site located in Lilly Kinsale, Ireland. This dynamic sitecomprises over 50buildings, supports more than 1,400 clients, and employs over100 Sodexo staffalongside numerous contractors. With the campus in an activegrowth phase, thisrole presents a critical leadership opportunity within a complexand regulatedenvironment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage technical services site-wide, ensuring high performance, productivity, and compliance.
  • Lead a team of 5+ technical staff with a hands-on leadership approach.
  • Manage systems such as BMS, Maximo, GMARS, or similar platforms.
  • Ensure consistent GMP compliance and maintain the highest HSE standards.
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver projects with strong documentation and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client and key stakeholders on site.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience managing technical services in a regulated (GMP) environment.
  • Minimum 2 years in a people management role, leading technical teams.
  • Background in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
  • Strong client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable representing Sodexo in meetings, updates, and strategic discussions with the client.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and respond proactively to client needs.
