Day Rate: £105 - 115
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm
A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in the heart of Great Barr is looking for a committed KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in a vibrant Key Stage 2 class and make a real difference every day.
Your role will include:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Leading small group interventions, especially in English and Maths
- Supporting with preparation for SATs
- Assisting with behaviour management and classroom routines
- Encouraging pupil independence and confidence
- Working closely with SEN staff where needed
We're looking for:
- A Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning (STAL) qualification
- Experience in a UK primary school, ideally in Key Stage 2
- A warm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
