Pay Rate: £105 - 115
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm
Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant ready for your next rewarding role? A friendly and inclusive primary school in the Stechford area is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support KS2 pupils with higher and complex needs in a nurturing and well-resourced environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who thrive on consistency, empathy and structured support.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex needs including ASD, ADHD, and global developmental delay
- Assist with implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress
- Support sensory, communication and behaviour strategies
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning space
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or an equivalent relevant qualification
- Additional training relevant to supporting SEND pupils
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in KS2
- Confident managing challenging behaviour and using de-escalation techniques
