We are looking to recruit staff to work in our Facilities Services- Facilities assistant.

This will be a 15 hour contract to cover all needs of our service at CAMHS, Oxford Corner.

We are currently seeking a Facilities Assistant to join our team at CAMHS, Oxford Corner, 3 Oxford Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BH. This is a part-time role working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), with shifts consisting of 3 hours each morning—exact start times to be discussed, though early starts will be required. The primary focus of the role is cleaning, ensuring that all areas are maintained to a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in line with infection control and health and safety guidelines. In addition to cleaning duties, there may be opportunities to support with basic catering and portering tasks as needed. This position is based in an outpatient setting, and full training will be provided across all relevant duties. Uniform will also be supplied. Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.

You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.

Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
