- Campaign Delivery: Plan and execute engaging, multi-channel campaigns aligned with company culture, values, change, and employee engagement
- Intranet & Channel Management: Keep the intranet fresh, engaging, and easy to navigate. Maintain communication platforms including email tools and digital signage
- Design Support: Create simple, effective visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or PowerPoint
- Comms Admin: Maintain calendars, distribution lists, templates, and performance tracking systems
- Employee Engagement: Support internal initiatives including our "Your Voice" survey, events, and recognition programmes
- Cross-Group Collaboration: Coordinate with communicators across the business to align messaging and share best practices
- External Support: Help update the corporate website and write LinkedIn posts that showcase our culture and achievements
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills across different formats and audiences
- Confidence working with intranet platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Unily), CMS tools (e.g. WordPress), and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe)
- Strong organisation and planning skills; detail-oriented and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
We’re committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace. If you’re excited by this role but don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply
