As a Site Support Worker what does the role entail:
Your day will consist of …
• Completing scheduled maintenance tasks
• Maintaining grounds by mowing lawns, clearing leaves, pressure washing hard surfaced walkways & roads
• Washing windows and other areas as required
• Inspecting, fixing and maintaining equipment as agreed with your supervisor
• Painting and decorating or conducting basic repairs to fittings as required
• Where required working with the housekeeper ensuring all rooms are ready for use by customers.
This job is for you, if…
• You have a flexible approach and be willing to carry out both the functions listed and other roles as required
• You have a good standard of education to G.C.S.E level or equivalent, with grade C or above – or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
• You have good communication skills both written and verbal.
• You are a confident team worker who can work on their own initiative or work as part of a team.
• You can work occasional unsociable hours, including weekends.
Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
