AraGla Ltd are providers of decorated workwear, uniforms and promotional items.
Due to continued growth we are on the look out for new colleagues to join us as Trainee Embroidery Machine Operators in our purpose built facility on Cheney Manor Ind Estate.
Full structured and supervised training will be given enabling the individuals to contribute to the operating of the machines and will be involved in all aspects of quality control. Running, setting up and maintaining the multi-head embroidery machines.
Checking customer job sheets for relevant information including, logos, sizes and products. Setting the embroidery machines to the correct functions and loading with the correct materials. Liaising with the Production Manager.
Job Role will include.
Maintenance of equipment including replacing needles, cleaning and oiling.
Quality inspection of garments, packing, labelling and bagging items
Selecting thread
Position logos to meet specific customer needs
Folding and packing garments.
The Person:
Have a passion for fashion and clothing along with an exceptional attention to detail. All Machine operation training will be provided.
Desirable experience of sewing and fabric knowledge is preferable but not essential with good problem-solving skills. Good organisation and time-management skills with the ability to work alone or in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Mon- Fri 8 hour shift working either 8-4, 9-5 or 6-2
