The Best Connection Swindon are recruiting for machine operatives to work for our client, based in Swindon. This is a temp to perm assignment after a successful period. This company is easily accessible via public transport.
The Role: Requiring ability to confidently use hand measuring equipment to accurately measure parts. Produce quality components and work to exacting standards. Contributing to all stages of the manufacturing process (building, sawing, prepping, packing, cutting, staining, dispatching, operating machinery, cleaning as and when required by management) Working in a fast-paced environment to ensure targets are met regarding quality and efficiency Competently use hand tools to take apart, clean and re assemble components Hours and Pay: Monday to Thursday: 7:45 am 4:30pm Early finish on Fridays at 2pm £13.25 per hour Benefits & Requirements: On site parking 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday) Ongoing Assignment Perks at work incentive scheme All vacancies are available and correct at the time of posting.
