We are a small family run garment print and embroidery company based in Swindon manufacturing bespoke garments for retail and corporate workwear wear.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual who can join our team as a general production operative.
This is a hands-on position which will involve working closely with the production team to set production requirements and deadlines.
The role will require:
Supporting embroidery operators by stripping and steaming garments..
Weeding of vinyl.
Pressing of heat transfers.
Mug printing.
Pre-treating of garments for DTG printing.
Operating DTG printers.
Sorting, folding and packing of garments and orders.
Ideally the candidate will have a proven track record in the print or embroidery industry and/or have experience in a similar production role with the ambition to grow into a supervisory position. Although full training will be given and salary negotiable based on experience.
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm but can offer other shift hours for the right individual.
