We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we are delighted to be working with a truly inspiring charity, working to support people with disabilities, who are seeking a Fundraising & Marketing Lead to join their team and help take them to their next level of growth.
Reporting to the CEO, the Fundraising & Marketing lead will develop and implement strategies to raise awareness, drive engagement and increase generated income, so we’re looking for an active and engaging story-teller who can translate their passion to their work. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both marketing and fundraising who is passionate about making a tangible difference.
This is a varied role with a busy charity, and a great opportunity for the right candidate looking to advance their career in marketing and income generation while making a real difference to the lives of adults with disabilities.
Fundraising & Marketing Lead
Full Time, Permanent
Surrey
Up to £40,000
Duties will include:
• Leading all marketing and income generation activities for the charity
• Developing and implementing ambitious and innovative Marketing and Fundraising strategies
• Overseeing all communications and content creation
• Identifying new and developing existing funding opportunities
• Line managing the Fundraising & Marketing Officer
The ideal candidate will:
• Have strong knowledge of marketing and communications practices
• Be an experienced fundraiser with a track record of meeting and exceeding income targets
• Have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Be an adept and persuasive story-teller, capable of writing clear, persuasive and inspiring copy
