We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we are delighted to be working with a truly inspiring charity, working to support people with disabilities, who are seeking a Fundraising & Marketing Officer to join their team and help take them to their next level of growth.
We’re looking for a passionate communicator with a flair for fundraising to play a key role in developing and shaping a robust income generation and engagement strategy. You’ll work closely with a newly appointed Fundraising & Marketing Lead, shaping and delivering compelling campaigns to generate income and raise awareness.
From managing the charity’s social media, to building relationships with new and existing funders, this is a varied role with a busy charity, and a great opportunity to advance your career in marketing and income generation while making a real difference to the lives of adults with disabilities.
Fundraising & Marketing Officer
Full Time, Permanent
Surrey
Up to £30,000
Duties will include:
• Work with the Fundraising & Marketing Lead to develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy
• Creating engaging content across digital and print platforms
• Developing and stewarding relationships with funders
• Analysing and reporting on marketing and fundraising data and activities
• Developing campaigns to increase awareness of, and income from, the publicly-available services and products the charity provides
The ideal candidate will:
• Have solid knowledge of marketing and communications practices
• Be an adept and persuasive story-teller, capable of writing clear, persuasive and inspiring copy
• Have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Be proactive and creative, capable of contributing new and novel ideas for engagement and income generation
