I currently have an opening for a Compliance Administrator with an established organisation based in the city centre.
You will be an integral part of the compliance team for a busy construction division. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a supportive team and evolve as your career progresses. The right individual will a confident administrator who can work well individually and as part of a team.
This role is based in Glasgow City Centre, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. For the first 6 weeks you will be fully office based, once trained and comfortable working on your own their will be the option to work from home 2 days per week.
The key responsibilities within this role are:
- Completing daily calls with construction clients to conduct Employment Status questionnaires
- Completing paperwork to demonstrate decision making process & maintaining all records
- Produce weekly reports
- Coordinate date for internal constructions teams
- Background checks for candidates
- Ensuring compliance of workforce
A successful candidate in this position will possess:
- High organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong administration skills
- Excel literacy
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
