Working for a logistics Company based in Hinckley who are growing and looking for a Transport Planner, you will work on the transport desk, you will be taking collection orders and planning the drivers for their collections, checking paperwork and debriefing drivers.
Transport Planner experience is essential.
Working hours 09:00 – 18:00.
The right candidate:
Building & maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
Actively track collections and deliveries and communicate with Drivers.
A team player but confident in working on your own.
Social Media skills.
Computer literate.
Excellent customer services.
Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
Previous transport industry experience is essential.
Excellent customer service skills.
Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
