All Hours Recruitment are looking for Transport Customer Service.
Are you looking for a new role where you can shine.
Do you have experience in Logistics.
Working for a logistics business who treat their staff very well and have a low turnover off staff and are based in Hinckley, growing at a steady rate and now have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service member in their Logistics office, you will be dealing directly with customers with deliveries and queries, supporting the Transport Team.
We are looking for a team player and who can also work on their own, you will have previous experience within the logistics industry.
Salary £12.21 per hour.
Yearly £25369.80.
Working hours Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
The right candidate:
Building & maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
Actively track collections and deliveries and communicate with Drivers.
A team player but confident in working on your own.
Computer literate.
Excellent customer services.
Previous transport industry experience is essential.
Excellent communication skills oral and written.
Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
