Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Salary: £27,500+ per annum / £13.22 - £13.70 PH DOE
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (with a half day off in the week if working a Saturday morning every other week)
Alternative working hours available to suit you: e.g. 8:30am – 5:00pm (30 minute lunch break)
Contract Type: Temp to perm
Start Date: ASAP
We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable Office Administrator to join a small, busy, and fast-paced team in Yeovil. This is a varied role that will suit someone proactive with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
You’ll be involved in a wide range of administrative and compliance tasks and play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.
The RoleDuties will include (but not be limited to):

Managing compliance and health & safety documentation

Preparing and sending customer quotes
-
Booking appointments and scheduling servicing work

Providing general administrative support to the wider team

Liaising with engineers and customers via phone and email
The Ideal Candidate-
Previous experience in administration, office support, or scheduling
-
Willing to learn and grow within the role – this is not a sit-back-and-cruise job

Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems
-
Experience with compliance or H&S administration is beneficial
