Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barwell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone new to customer service who wants to develop their skills within a print environment. You will play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and processing orders promptly.


  • Prioritise and manage customer orders received through phone, email, and other channels efficiently.


  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally and swiftly, including issues related to late deliveries, incorrect orders, or product faults.


  • Complete daily data entry tasks and manage weekly stock sheets to maintain accurate records.


  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and Key Account Managers to meet targets and fulfil customer needs.


  • Maintain detailed customer service records to track interactions, orders, and issue resolutions.


    Required Skills & Experience:

    • No previous customer service experience required — comprehensive training will be provided.


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging effectively with customers and colleagues.


    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


    • A patient, empathetic, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
