Summary
Great opportunity to work as a Customer Service Representative for our client, the largest privately owned print and packaging company in the UK.
Staffline is recruiting a Customer Service Representative in Leicester.
The rate of pay is £27,000 per annum.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 8:30am to 5pm
Your Time at Work
As a Customer Service Representative your duties include:
- Providing customers with quotes/estimates for work
- Building rapport and relationships for continued business orders
- Processing and managing orders from the customer to the production team, back to the customer
- Managing expectations with sales teams and production teams
- Managing own workload and admin to internal standards and auditable best practice
- Dealing with telephone queries, email queries, and internal teams comms
- Customer resolutions through problem root cause and best solutions for professional service delivery
- Keeping track of stock sheets for regular orders
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker must be confident to work on their own initiative, take responsibility and deliver timely communications while being organised to help deliver services.
Print experience within self-adhesive labels is advantageous, however, other print and or estimating and CSR roles in manufacturing would be considered.
Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
