Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers and reach their full potential?

We're currently working in partnership with a supportive, Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in the LE8 area of Leicestershire. The school provides tailored support for pupils aged 4-16 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and they are looking to welcome a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to their team.

As a Teaching Assistant focused on SEMH support, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment. You'll work closely with teaching staff to help students develop emotional regulation skills, build confidence, and re-engage with their education in a meaningful way.
