Starting September 2025We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration and Finance Assistant to join our friendly office team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach. Experience in an administrative or financial role, ideally within a school setting, would be beneficial. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our school, providing essential administrative and financial support to the Office/HR Manager and Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be hardworking, calm and patient Have strong attention to detail and accuracy Have a proactive approach to problem solving and task management Be able to work flexibly and use their own initiative Have experience of working in a team We can offer you: A happy, vibrant and friendly school team Delightful, friendly, hardworking children Supportive colleagues Training and support to help you develop A fulfilling role making a positive difference to children's live If this sounds like something that you’d like to be a part of we would love to hear from you.
