We are looking for committed and compassionate professionals to join our team, who share our enthusiasm for changing lives.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to support our small IT team. This role includes managing IT equipment assets, coordinating hardware deliveries and returns, and monitoring the IT ticketing system. You will also track contract start and end dates, maintain documentation for audits, and support onboarding and offboarding processes. Additional responsibilities include conducting inventory audits, coordinating with vendors, tracking software licenses, ensuring compliance with IT policies, and maintaining internal IT documentation. This is a key support role that ensures the smooth and efficient operation of IT services.
