Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and addressing customer needs promptly.
Assist in the analysis of market trends and investment opportunities to support client decision-making.
Collaborate with senior brokers and investment advisors to develop tailored financial strategies for clients.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of the brokerage industry and market dynamics.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.
Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and continuous support.
Requirements
Strong interest in finance and the brokerage industry with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to effectively assess market data and trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and taking initiative.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
A proactive approach with a willingness to embrace challenges and new responsibilities.
