Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of electrical systems and components for various projects.
Conduct detailed electrical analyses, simulations, and modeling to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs into larger systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications and design reports.
Oversee the testing and validation of electrical components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in prototypes and established systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on product development.
Proficient in electrical design software and modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB, PSpice, Altium).
Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts.
