Job Type: Darlington (PA's)
An 8 year old boy who lives in the Hurworth area requires a personal assistant to provide support to access activities in the community such as swimming, soft play etc. The successful applicant will need to have an awareness and understanding of Autism.
Hours: 4 hours per week, times can be flexible
£12.21 per hour
Duties will include: personal care when out and about, keeping the boy safe, support with changing clothes when going swimming and following the information and guidance in the boys support plan.
Applicants must be trustworthy, reliable, non-smoker and a driver with access to own vehicle is preferred.
Female applicants only permitted under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010
The successful applicant will undergo references and an enhanced disclosure and barring service check.
