As a Business Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting parents, school staff, and operations teams with the effective use of the meal ordering system.

Job Description

You’ll act as a vital point of contact for system-related queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality and user satisfaction.

You will also provide additional support for the catering system used across all schools, helping to maintain efficient and accurate service delivery.

In addition to frontline support, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all related system documentation is regularly reviewed, updated, and aligned with operational requirements.

This is a role well-suited to someone with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for making systems work better for the people who use them.

Key Responsibilities

Answer email and phone queries from parents and operations on the meal ordering system
Support school administrators with back office system queries
Register parents for online payments and take credit card payments
Assist regional teams with maintaining the meal ordering system
Send company communications to handheld devices as needed
Liaise with the supplier to log and resolve system issues
Review and update user manuals for all system elements


Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Excellent communication skills to support parents, school staff, and catering teams
Experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving queries efficiently
Confident using and troubleshooting digital systems, particularly meal ordering and catering platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Highly organised, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and effective system support
