What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a highly effective and professional Business Coordinator for our alternative provision, Inspire Academy. The successful candidate will lead on all non-teaching aspects within the centre, including administration, data, operations and supporting the Head of Centre. This is a new, exciting role for the centre, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape the post in order to provide the centre with the highest quality administrative and operational support possible.
You will have a NVQ in Business and Administration, or equivalent qualification, and GCSE maths and English at Grade C/4 or above. You will also have experience of working in a busy office environment in a senior role, developing, managing and operating administrative and organisational systems. You will be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
More information about Inspire Academy can be found on our website https://inspireacademyyork.co.uk/
Further details about the Trust and an application form, job description and person specification are available from https://excellearningtrust.org.uk/careers/
Please email completed applications to recruitment@elt.org.uk for the attention of Rickie Wilson, Head of Centre
