We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Manager to support the successful delivery of a high-profile contract, ensuring all training is completed in line with contractual commitments.

Job Description
As Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the 'Placemakers Path' to transferees and developing a comprehensive induction programme to facilitate smooth integration and onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Learning & Development, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver and embed service culture training programmes
Ensure successful contract delivery through engaging L&D initiatives
Create an effective, valued training academy
Conduct ‘Train-the-Trainer’ sessions with champions to foster a service culture community and improve the ENPS score
Standardise the assessment of Placemakers Pathway impact
Promote a safety-first culture across all solutions and delivery
Build a diverse and inclusive organisational culture
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Facilities Management background is preferred but not essential
Experience working across multiple sites
Currently an L&D Officer seeking a step-up role
Proven ability to deliver and facilitate training programmes
Comfortable and familiar with training delivery
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ready to take on greater responsibility in a more senior role
