- Collaborating with support staff and specialists to ensure the best outcomes for each student.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience working with SEMH or in a special school environment.
- A creative, patient, and flexible teaching approach.
- Strong skills in behaviour management and differentiated learning strategies.
