This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator with a passion for Computer Science to lead a thriving department. You’ll be responsible for developing an engaging curriculum, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for the digital age.
You will:
• Lead and develop the Computer Science department, driving academic excellence and student success.
• Inspire students through creative and forward-thinking teaching methods.
• Develop a robust and modern curriculum, reflecting industry trends and technological advancements.
• Support and mentor staff within the department to ensure professional growth.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced educator who has:
• A strong background in teaching Computer Science at KS3–KS4.
• Leadership experience (or the ambition to step into a leadership role).
• The ability to inspire and engage students with innovative teaching methods.
