About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator to take the lead in developing and delivering an engaging, high-quality Spanish curriculum. You’ll shape the department’s future, inspire students, and ensure outstanding teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Spanish department, driving academic excellence.
• Inspire students through innovative and engaging teaching strategies.
• Develop a modern, culturally rich curriculum that enhances language skills and appreciation.
• Mentor and support departmental staff, ensuring professional growth.
• Foster a love for languages and encourage international perspectives.
Who We’re Looking For:
• We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced educator who has:
• A strong background in teaching Spanish at KS3, KS4 and KS5.
• Leadership experience (or the ambition to step into a leadership role).
• A passion for languages and cultural education.
• The ability to engage and inspire students to become confident linguists.
