Crynodeb
Maintaining accurate record of leave, ward cover and on call rotas for Consultants, Associate Specialists, Registrars and Nurse Specialist by using Medirota and local electronic diary systems. Effective backfill of Respiratory and CLCH sessions including ad hoc weekend ad-hoc clinics by liaising with clinical, administrative and outpatient teams. Set up and manually add / remove Respiratory sessions on Bookwise. Adhere to specific list requirements including availability of outpatient rooms, reduced/delayed starts list for training, variation of slots per type of clinic, 18 week RTT targets. Adaptability and response to short notice changes and requests for extra sessions to be added to the system and the rota updated to reflect changes. Ensuring clinic and ward cover is confirmed in advanced for every session/list, adhering to the six-week cancellation rule. To update Medirota with all the above outpatient clinics, annual leave, study leave, wards and on call NIV rota.
