Summary

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and compassionate doctor who demonstrates: Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making appropriate to ST3 level. A clear interest in respiratory medicine and a desire to develop experience and knowledge in the specialty. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of consultants, specialist nurses, and physiologists to deliver high-quality care across outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, and specialist asthma services. They will have the opportunity to develop expertise in lung cancer pathways, contribute to ongoing service development and transformation projects, and engage in clinical research activities. The role also includes participation in medical education, including the supervision and training of junior doctors, as well as attendance at weekly departmental teaching sessions. This position is well-suited for individuals pursuing a career in respiratory medicine and offers structured learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to national asthma guidelines and audits. This is a full time post.
