We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support a small class of Early Years children with complex needs. This is a full-time role within a specialist SEN school, providing vital support to both the students and teaching staff.
About the Role:

- Work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure each child's individual learning plan is followed.
- Assist with daily activities, sensory play, and communication support.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting is essential.
- Experience working with children with SEN or complex needs is highly desirable.
