We're recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Rugby (CV22). This full-time role involves supporting pupils in Year 5 and Year 6 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.

You'll be working closely with children who require consistent, nurturing support to manage behaviour, regulate emotions, and access learning. A proactive, calm, and relationship-focused approach is essential, alongside experience in spotting signs of dysregulation and supporting pupils with additional needs.

The Role:

The Ideal Candidate:

Level 2/3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
