Learning & Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Camden

A well-supported, inclusive primary school in Camden is looking for a full-time Learning & Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This role is ideal for someone with Team Teach training and a calm, confident approach to behaviour support.

About the Role:
Starting in September, you'll work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who present social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. With guidance from the SENCo and behaviour lead, you'll use de-escalation strategies, clear routines, and positive reinforcement to help pupils stay on track and thrive in the classroom.
