Summary

Ready to shape the future of UK Staycations with your analytical edge?
Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for maximising performance and creating exceptional customer experiences?
We’re on the lookout for a talented and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth across our award-winning holiday parks. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives on numbers, market insights, and smart decision-making.

You’ll take the lead on implementing dynamic pricing strategies, forecasting demand, and optimising occupancy – all while working closely with a passionate, customer-focused team. With holidays at the heart of what we do, your expertise will help turn our guests’ holiday dreams into reality.

As our Revenue Manager, you’ll take the lead on implementing dynamic pricing and revenue strategies. Reporting to the Head of Revenue and working closely with the sales and operations teams, your role will be pivotal in driving performance through data-led decisions.

Typical duties and responsibilities include:

Revenue Strategy: Refine and implement pricing strategies across accommodation, touring, and other services to optimise revenue.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to guide pricing decisions.
Inventory Management: Oversee availability across booking channels to ensure inventory is optimised and visible.
Data Insights: Use analytics tools to track trends, identify opportunities, and present findings to key stakeholders.
Yield Management: Apply yield techniques to ensure we’re maximising profitability while maintaining value for guests.
Planning & Budgeting: Support in developing annual revenue budgets and strategic financial plans.
KPI Reporting: Produce regular reports and insights to track performance and identify areas for growth.

About the person:
We’re looking for someone who thrives on data, is commercially sharp, and understands what makes customers tick in the holiday or hospitality space. You’ll have a natural flair for spotting patterns in performance, turning complex data into actionable insights, and making smart pricing decisions that directly impact revenue and guest experience.

You’ll be comfortable working with large datasets, pricing tools, and forecasting models, and just as confident communicating your ideas with clarity to stakeholders across the business. With a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail, you’ll continuously look for ways to optimise performance and stay one step ahead of the market.

You should have previous experience in a similar revenue, yield, or pricing role – ideally within the holiday park, travel, or hotel sector – and be excited about using your skills to influence strategic decisions.

You’ll bring:
Proven experience in a similar revenue or pricing role
Strong understanding of yield management and dynamic pricing
Experience with revenue management systems and data analysis tools
Excellent Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
Ability to think critically, solve problems and present clear recommendations
A passion for the holiday or hospitality sector and a customer-first mindset

You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team in a company that values innovation, flexibility, and continuous improvement. As a key player in our revenue strategy, you’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact and grow your career in a supportive and ambitious environment. If you’re ready to take your revenue career to the next level and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Not to mention you can also take advantage of some fantastic benefits including:

Enhanced annual leave entitlement with length of service;
Save money with our online discount platform;
Discounts on park breaks for you, your friends and your family;
Discounts on park facilities, including restaurant and leisure;
