Can you lead on the day to day delivery of our counselling services?
Our vision at Thurrock and Brentwood Mind is of a society that promotes and protects good mental health for all, and that treats people with experience of mental distress fairly, positively, and with respect – we won’t give up – and our valued employees bring this vision to life.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our progressive mental health Charity. We are seeking a compassionate and influential manager/counsellor, able to lead on the effective day to day delivery of the counselling services at Thurrock and Brentwood Mind. The role will include a small caseload of clients, in addition to offering support and line management supervision to the team.
