The right person will be able to recognise the specific needs of the child being supported, and intervene in situations where there is an emotional or physical response, and work with and co-ordinate partnerships with other agencies involved with the child to ensure everyone is working towards the same targets and goals.
The right candidate will hold a level 2 qualification in Early Years or above and have previous experience of working within an Early Years setting-ideally with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. If you're ready to make a real positive impact, we look forward to receiving your application.
