Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks and activities.
Provide support in organizing meetings and taking minutes.
Maintain and update office filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Respond to inquiries from staff and external parties in a timely manner.
Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including accommodations and itineraries.
Support the implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.26
