The curry chef will be responsible for:
• Following and maintaining food hygiene standards at all times
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness
• Manage kitchen stock
• Managing kitchen operations safely and efficiently
• Preparing and cooking a variety of traditional dishes using authentic asian spices
• Ensure consistent taste and presentation across all dishes
• Excellent time management skills during peak times for a smooth operation from kitchen to customers
• £32,000 - 36,000 (depending on experience)
• 40 hours Full time
