Crynodeb
The Business Support Unit supports a variety of teams across the housing and public protection. The team support each other with all aspects of the services delivered. Duties may include:
The post holder is responsible for ensuring that all invoices are paid on time and raising purchase orders. They are also responsible for the allocation and billing of garages, along with general administration support to Tenancy Services.
Such variations as may be required from time to time without changing the general character of the duties shown above or the level of responsibility entailed.
You will need excellent IT skills (full training will be given on IBC bespoke systems) Advanced Excel skills would be an advantage.

We support hybrid working but this job will require at least 2 days a week at Grafton House.
