Learning Support Assistant - Near Effingham, Surrey

We're working with a fantastic mainstream primary school near Effingham, Surrey, that's looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to support pupils with a variety of learning needs, providing personalised, 1:1 and small-group support in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Job Details:
Location: Near Effingham, Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (term-time only)
Pay: £13.80 - £15.80 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Contract: Long-term / Temp-to-Perm
Who we're looking for:
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds - you don't need prior SEN experience, just the right attitude and a genuine desire to support children.
- Kind, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young people
- Able to provide consistent and reliable support to pupils with SEN
- A good communicator who can work well with both students and staff
- Experience in a school or SEN setting is a bonus, but not essential
- Someone who can commute to Effingham, Surrey
